The church of St. Francis Xavier in Kanda, Japan

The total surface of windows for the oldest Roman Catholic church in Kanda (district of Tokyo) is 70 m2. Side windows (14 of them) are allegorical painter's interpretations of the Christian Credo. Three of choir windows' main theme is history of Christianity in Japan.
The middle, choir window is devoted to the Holy Mother. Side windows tells about Japan Martyrs of Christ. History of Christianity in Japan is full of blood. Design by Teresa M. Reklewska and Pawel Przyrowski
